FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS (For ESET Products)
- Uninstall any non-ESET antivirus software on your new computer or device
- Install your ESET product on your new computer or Mobile Device
- Uninstall ESET from your old computer. If your old computer is not working, then you do not have to complete this step.
If you have installed an ESET product on more devices than your license allows, This License is Overused will be displayed. You can disable or remove a license from ESET License Manager. You can access ESET License Manager at my.eset.com
- After you have purchased the Premium version of ESET Mobile Security for Android you may need to manually enter your License Key to activate the premium
product and access your premium features. - You will need your License Key from the email you received from ESET after your purchase.
Open your Windows ESET product. Press Ctrl + U on your keyboard to open the details window.
Open ESET Cyber Security or ESET Cyber Security Pro. Press COMMAND + U to open the Username and Password setup window. Or, click Update from the main menu
on the left and then click Update license details
If you have lost or forgotten your license information (username, password, or license key), you can have it resent to your email address. Please send the email
address you originally used to register or activate your ESET license to wecare@b1g2.io with the email subject: Retrieve ESET License
ESET products are composed of modules that can be updated with new versions, features and detections at any time. Detection Engine update information is
displayed in the main program window of your product. You can also scroll over the ESET icon in the Windows notification area to view notifications.
